Data Collection and Processing
Data is collected and stores on dietzk’s website for marketing and optimization purposes using technologies from etracker GmbH. On the basis of this data, user profiles are created under a pseudonym. Cookies can be implemented here. These cookies are small text files stored in the buffer of the website visitor’s internet browser and permit tracking of the internet browser.
Data collected using etracker technologies will not be used, without the explicit consent of the involved party, to personally identify visitors to the website or link personal details to the pseudonym holder. Future data capture and storage can be cancelled at anytime.
Use and transfer of personal data
If you have provided us with personal data we will only process it (collect, store, amend, transmit and use) in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection law for purposes in accordance with a contractual relationship (particularly transmission of order data to suppliers), to safeguard legitimate interests of a third party, for the purposes of market and opinion research, provided agreement has been received and not later withdrawn. In this case the legally permitted parameters for listed data and/or other consolidated data for groups of affiliated people, profession, branch or business limited to name, title, academic degree, address and date of birth.
We collect personal data from registration, in accordance with the contractual agreement for the use of our services. In the places where personal data is collected, we ask for consent for the collection, processing and use of the personal data.
After receiving consent for the collection, processing and use of personal data, this data collected from registration is stored and entered into databases, user accounts and forums, online servers and backup files of internet providers commissioned by us, offline in our own servers and backup file in accordance with legal stipulations and contractual retention regulations as well as data storage and data protection controls.
We apply technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data you have supplied us with from manipulation, loss, deletion or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures correspond to the latest technological standards and are continually improved and adapted. Third parties can view unencrypted data so it should be noted that for data transfer over the internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) a secure transfer cannot be guaranteed. Sensitive data should therefore either not be transmitted or only transmitted over a secure connection. Personal data will only be altered by us to make necessary corrections or update data. (e.g. name and address changes)
Personal data will be transmitted by us to appointed services providers to be processed by them or their contract partners, for invoicing, advertising, market and opinion research, and where necessary by law or judiciary to specific locations.
We will delete personal data if its storage is illegitimate, if it no longer required for us to fulfill our assigned tasks, after expiry of our contract or due to applicable legal, statutory or contractual retention periods or other legal regulations.
Personal data will be blocked, if deletion conflicts with legal, statutory or contractual retention periods, if there are reasonable grounds to assume if a deletion would affect the legitimate interests of the involved, if it is not possible to delete given the particular way the data is stored or is it is only possible to delete with an undue, unreasonably high effort.
You have the right to withdraw any consent you may have given, at anytime, with future effect.
The user has the right to receive on request information, free of charge, on personal data stored on them (§§ 19,34 BDSG). In addition they have the right to rectification, blocking and deletion of this personal data (§§ 20, 35 BDSG). Use of Facebook plug-ins

When you visit our site a direct connection between your browser and Facebook will be made over the plug-in. From this Facebook will receive the information that you visited our site together with your IP address. Through this Facebook can associate visitors to our pages and their user accounts. We would like to point out that as provider of these pages, we receive no information on the data transmitted to or its use by Facebook.
