Agreed – Account Management is the agency’s nerve system.

Account management can be likened to being the ‘heart’ of the agency, here all jobs are distributed and everything comes together: the conception, briefings, timings, budgeting, corrections….. Account Managers coordinate all processes for each project daily with all the different teams at diezk..

We manage projects transparently and efficiently in close cooperation with customers and units involved, always with fun and total commitment. Regardless if it’s online or offline, our approach is strategic and structured and never loosing sight of the overall objectives. This means if we see room for optimization with content or in briefs, we will raise questions and offer pro-active solutions.

Using our technical and social competence, we manage projects with passion, fully identify ourselves with our work and are happy to assume responsibility on behalf our customers.
Our main focus clearly lies in web and digital media. Our Account Managers take care of the online communication at all levels for top international brands. Starting with the conception of websites and web portal solutions, to the handling of online shops, to the implementation of online social media campaigns up to the creation of mobile marketing solutions. Consideration is always given to optimal usability and tailored to reach specific target groups.

The philosophy, ‘learn form each other and share knowledge’ is not only our Account Manager’s – it is lived by all at dietzk..

The first external Account Manager meeting at dietzk.

The long planned Account Manager Meeting started on 16.05.11, in this beautiful hotel in the Taunus and in atmosphere far removed from the agency, the fundamental principles of account management and the Account Managers work was discussed. Verena Gräter (Account Director P&G, dietzk.) and Oliver Dietz (Managing Director, dietzk.) intensively prepared the meeting in advance and all our clients knew that there was an offsite meeting on this Monday and no account Managers would be available in the Agency. » more about “The first external Account Manager meeting at dietzk.”
